These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeeXon mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Papalalo, LLC (“Papalalo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using BeeXon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use BeeXon on your own. If you are under that age, you may use BeeXon only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that:
- you can form a legally binding agreement
- the information you provide is accurate
- your use of the Service complies with applicable law
3. License to Use BeeXon
Subject to these Terms, Papalalo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use BeeXon for your personal or internal lawful use.
You may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by applicable law
- sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us
- use the Service in a way that interferes with or disrupts BeeXon or other users
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BeeXon to:
- violate any law or regulation
- harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or harm others
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing content
- distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
- interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Service
- attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or network
- use BeeXon in a way that endangers people or property
We may investigate violations and remove content, restrict access, or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
5. Safety and Emergency Use Disclaimer
BeeXon is a communication and coordination tool. It is not a substitute for 911, emergency responders, public safety agencies, government alert systems, medical advice, or guaranteed emergency communications.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- delivery of messages, alerts, location information, or other communications may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable
- device power, permissions, hardware conditions, environmental conditions, software limitations, and third-party platform issues may affect performance
- you must not rely on BeeXon as your sole method for emergency communications or life-safety decisions
If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency services immediately.
6. Location-Based Features
BeeXon may allow you to share or use location-related information. These features depend on device settings, permissions, hardware, operating system behavior, connectivity, and user actions.
By using location-based features, you understand that:
- location information may not always be accurate, current, or available
- location sharing may be controlled by your device settings and choices within the app
- you are responsible for deciding when and with whom to share your location
Your use of location-based features is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. User Content
You may send, store, or transmit content through BeeXon, including messages, profile information, shared locations, group information, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant Papalalo a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, display, and use that User Content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the rights necessary to provide your User Content
- your User Content does not violate the law or any third-party rights
- your User Content does not violate these Terms
8. Privacy
Our collection, use, and handling of information is described in the BeeXon Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services and Platforms
BeeXon may rely on or interact with third-party services, device features, operating systems, app stores, hosting providers, mapping services, notification systems, or network infrastructure.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, or policies of third-party services or platforms.
If you downloaded BeeXon through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent applicable under Apple’s distribution framework.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including BeeXon’s software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other content provided by Papalalo, is owned by or licensed to Papalalo and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
“BeeXon,” “Papalalo,” and related names, logos, product names, and branding may not be used without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding BeeXon, you grant Papalalo a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
12. Service Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
13. Paid Features and Subscriptions
If BeeXon offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:
- pricing and features will be disclosed before purchase
- recurring subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled under the applicable platform’s billing rules
- billing and refunds may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider
Additional purchase terms may apply at the time of transaction.
14. Termination
You may stop using BeeXon at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- you violate these Terms
- we are required to do so by law
- your use creates risk, harm, or potential liability for Papalalo, users, or others
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papalalo disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and availability.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or meet your expectations.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papalalo and its officers, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, use, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of BeeXon.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papalalo’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Papalalo for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim
- fifty U.S. dollars ($50)
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Papalalo, LLC and its officers, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Service
- your User Content
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of any law or third-party rights
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith informal efforts by contacting Papalalo at support@beexon.app.
If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may bring an individual claim in a state or federal court located in California, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, the website, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of BeeXon after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and Papalalo regarding BeeXon, unless a separate written agreement applies.
